Thank you Jeff ...your letter is a excellent representation of what Rotary ,is all about .

John Porter and Jerry need time to speak .

We will hear from Ray and his concerns that the letter , be legal and structured , so that the money flows into the correct accounts .

Zoom meetings .....are fun and I prefer , the gallery mode ......then everyone sees everyone on the screen ....and please .....only one person ,talking ,at a time ....

In radio lingo ..... let’s not “step on each other” .....there is plenty of time for everyone to speak to the group . One person speaks at a time , that is the only rule ,with Zoom .

We will discuss the fund raising letter , then look to each other , for suggestions to stuff envelops and address them ....maybe 100 per person .... we did this for the park fund raiser ,and it was fast and fun to do .....,now we will be ,covid19 , safe .

I am super stoked , about the possibility that lay ahead for this letter and moneys to fund masks and gloves for the community.

Matt

Matt will announce the agenda in more detail, but in the meantime the draft letter is below to give you time to review it.
