[Rotary] Highway Cleanup Sept 21

Thanks to Mike Sandys and Jeffry Stubbs for helping out, we did bridge to
bridge again, yes sir yes sir 3 bags full.

We still need to do the stretch from Big River south to the Rotary Adopt a
Highway sign just past The Grove campground.  I will be out of town until
Oct 16, if someone wants to do it while I'm gone Matt knows where I keep
the grabbers, vests, and bags. If not I'll be after it upon my return.
Athena and my son Justin will be watching the house.
