Hi Rotarians,

 

Our speaker this week is Scott Menzies, Instructor/Proprietor of Perfect
Circle Taijiquan in Fort Bragg.  He will be talking about and demonstrating
tai chi for our membership.  A variety of medical  studies indicate that tai
chi provides significant benefits to the elderly for improving balance.
