[Rotary] short window of opportunity

Mendo Rotary Members,

As we were reminded at the most recent meeting, Rotary International
suggests all Rotarians give  $125/year donation to it's Foundation.
As a club we are not doing real well living up to that expectation.
You can purchase raffle tickets, until 11/1/19, the price of which is
credited toward that purpose. Tickets are
6 for $100.00 ( or 9 for $150 etc ). I don't know what the raffle prizes
are but I assume they are good.
Gary has graciously agreed to collect tickets and checks at the hardware
store and Harold plans to take them to the District Dinner South 11/2 .
Checks need to be payable to Rotary International Foundation and it is
asked that you put Mendocino Rotary Club #390 on them.
You can print tickets; the e-mail from Gary a few days ago has them in the
attached PDF. Gary will try to get a supply of blank tickets on hand at the
store.
BTW ( by the way), these dollars go toward your Paul Harris Fellowship.
