Thank you so much for the opportunity to share MendoParks work at your November 14th meeting. It was a great pleasure getting to know the Mendocino Rotary Club, and we look forward to staying in touch. We hope your members will consider our request for $2,000 to assist with our emergency computer needs this year. Almost all of our staff and Visitor Center computers need either serious upgrades or to be replaced completely. Support from the Rotary Club will ensure we can continue and expand our work in caring for the State Parks in Mendocino County.

 

If the Club would prefer to assist with program support, we could use the requested support to fund our interpretation programs (as presented by the wonderful Kristin Gordon at your meeting!) including staff costs and supplies.

 

On behalf of MendoParks and the State Parks we serve in Mendocino County, we kindly ask the Mendocino Rotary Club to consider our request for support, and we thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
