Dear 5130 Leader Gary,

 A brief report of the April Rotary International Council on
Legislation was presented at the District Conference.  The Council on
Legislation is the legislative body of Rotary International, made up of
representatives from every Rotary District in the world. A summary of the
passed enactments is attached to share with your clubs.  By the end of June
there will be a formal Report of Action from RI with instructions on how a
club may challenge an enactment.  The report will be sent to you when
available.

The summary is also available in the District Files Folder on DACdb
