[Rotary] Highway Cleanup

The highway looks great, thanks to the volunteer group of Donna Schuler,
Pete Rose, Ray Alarcon, Mike Sandys, and myself.  It certainly helped more
than hurt that Caltrans had mowed shortly before we got there.
