[Rotary] board meeting 6/20/2019

Minutes;
Attendees - Board Members  - Gary, Pete, Matt, Jeff - not a quorum
                    Guest - Mike Sandys, new secretary candidate
Reports;
International; Jeff. District funding for Vanuatu and Fiji projects
expected in $15-20,000 range. Rotarian Ann Owen, from Kati Kati Club and
her husband will be visiting Mendo 7/9 - 13. We need volunteer(s) to put
them up or we may use club funds to do so.

Youth Services; Alita, who joined the group near the end of the meeting,
agreed to take over as chair of this committee. Thanks and congrats Alita.

Programs; It was reported Brandt will stay on as chair.

Discussion;
New Board Members - need someone to take on Treasurer job!! Need a good job
for Toby.
Debunking - to be evening of Thurs 7/11 at Ledford House. No regular noon
meeting that day.
Talked about July 4th details, Germany raffle, Golf Tournament, dictionary
give away, how we award scholarship money.
