Good Morning

This is email is to confirm DG Barb's official visits to your clubs and the
overnight accommodations needed.

Barb will arrive in Fort Bragg around 4:00 PM on Tuesday, August 14.  She
will need overnight accommodations 8/14 and will attend the Fort Bragg
Board meeting on Thursday, August 15 10:00AM at Silver's at the Wharf
followed by their meeting at 12:15.

She will drive to Mendocino after the Ft. Bragg meeting and will need a
hotel on August 15.  She will attend Mendocino's Board Meeting on Thursday
August 16 10:00AM at Hill House Inn followed by their meeting at 11:45.

She will then drive to Gualala where she will attend Gualala's Board
meeting at 4:00PM followed by their meeting at 5:30PM at Sea Ranch Lodge
where she will be staying the night of the 16th.

I have attached Barb's visit overview for your convenience. Please email me
hotel locations and confirmations and let me know if you have any questions.
