[Rotary] Highway Cleanup

Matt and his wife Dee Ann picked up all the trash between the bridges.  Yes
sir, yes sir 3 bags full.  They didn't want any special recognition but
here it is anyway, thanks again Matt.

I will get the south end from Big River bridge about 1/4 mile south to the
Adopt-a-Highway sign this Saturday.  I also have some bulbs to plant in
Rotary Park.  One helper is all I'll need, sound off if you want to be that
special Rotarian.  The rest of you can sleep in.
