[Rotary] Highway Cleanup - Changed to Feb 3

It was too wet last Saturday, not to mention cloudy cold and breezy so we
postponed cleanup.

Please sound off if you can help on Feb 3 at 9:30.

We meet at the Hill House parking lot, out front facing Highway 1.
I will once again bring Caltrans bags, grabbers, yellow vests, and helmets.
You bring good boots and gloves.
Afterwards we can decide whether to celebrate at Patterson's or Good Life.
