[Rotary] Highway Cleanup

This Saturday let's meet at 9 AM in the Hill House parking lot.  There are
4 of us committed so far, more hands would be much appreciated.  At least 6
would be nice.

I know there is a chance of very light showers, and the ground is soggy,
but the job really needs to be done.  Dress accordingly.

I have the bags, grabbers, vests, and helmets.  Bring gloves and good boots.
