Title: Rotary Evening Meeting
Thomas Cochrane, Geologist and Author of recently published Shaping the  
Sonoma~Mendocino Coast is our guest speaker.
Our meeting is a shorter drinks and appetizers format, and perfect for  
bringing a friend, acquaintance or potential Rotarian. If you think about  
it, this is the kind of meeting you'll want to invite new business people  
or professionals who have moved to the coast. San Francisco has at least  
two evening Rotary groups using this kind of casual get together. People  
like Loren Rex, who have grown up here and now have good jobs with State  
Parks, Calfire, etc. are who you should be inviting. Invite as a guest, and  
remember, don't ask them to join Rotary until they have learned more about  
Rotary, and been a guest at least twice. There is your pep talk for the  
week! See you Thursday!
