Dear Donna,

Hello fellow Rotarians!

It's definitely getting to be 'that time of year' and we need some *help
fom our club secretaries, please*.

We need to make sure that the incoming club presidents are able to access
Rotary Club Central to see and monitor goals for 2018-2019 - and to access
all of the great resources available to them as club officers.  In order
for that to happen, two steps need to be taken.

1.  *Secretaries:* Please notify RI of the name of your incoming club
officers for 2018-2019.  If you're rusty on that task, no worries, I've
attached a PDF of the instructions on how to do it.

2. *Secretaries and Presidents - Elect:* Please make sure that your
incoming club president has a My Rotary account.  A PDF of those
instructions is also attached if you need a little guidance.

You're getting this email because, as far as I can tell form the reports
available, RI doesn't know who your PE is - and that means that your PE
can't view, create or modify goals for 2018-2019.  We need to help them out!
