Dear Donna,

As the immediate Past President of DG Bob Rogers’ home Sebastopol club,
I’ve been asked to create a special presentation on ideas and dreams at the
May District Conference. If you have a history like our club, someone at
some time came up with a great idea, and with the help of others, created a
project that currently makes the world a better place.

We are preparing a PowerPoint slide show with great ideas and dreamers of
history along with successful ideas within the world of Rotary. If you’d
like your club’s service honored in front of the whole district, please
send me some (high resolution) photos along with a short description *before
May 1, 2018*.

I’ve attached a sample from the Sebastopol Sunrise club to help you
visualize what we’re asking for.
