Dear President Robert:

Good to talk with you this morning on getting enough hosts to move forward
with an RFE visit (New Zealand team) this October.
Looks to me that between your club and the Mendocino club (via Donna
yesterday) there are now a total of *4 willing hosts*. That is enough to
cover
the 4 couples coming. What remains is how to place the remaining 3 single
males on the team. So you only need to find room for
them.  Glad to hear you are willing to assemble a bi club group and
continue to work on this!

So you have some idea of a local itinerary, here is the last local
itinerary used for the last visiting RFE team:
