Good morning fellow Rotarians,

A number of you have asked about dress code for the Rotary Club Round-up.
The general rule for the entire conference is casual clothing, although the
evening sessions are usually a bit more dressy.  Western wear, either
period style or current fashion, is fine throughout, but especially on
Friday night.

A reminder that we will be in the mountains and that you should be prepared
for all seasons of weather, as we saw at Yosemite a couple of years
ago.  As long as the weather cooperates, we will be outside Friday
evening.  Although there will be heaters and fire pits, you'll want to have
warm jackets and/or blankets available.

 For those of you already fully registered for our upcoming District
Conference, thank you and you can ignore the remainder of this message.

I had a request from several folks to see if the hotel could extend the
deadline from April 30 into the first week of May.  The hotel was able to
accomodate that request and have now extended the deadline to Wednesday,
May 3rd.

Also, a reminder that conference registration (meals) closes on May 5th.
After that date, if you try to register on-site, it will be unlikely that
we can accomodate any meal selections.  You will be welcome to attend the
general sessions and breakouts, but will have to rely on other area
restaurants for your meals.

venue, celebrating and relaxing with friends.
