Fellow District 5130 Rotarians,



Each year, the current governor is responsible for producing a District
Conference, in order to celebrate the accomplishments and successes of the
clubs in the district, as well as noteworthy accomplishments and successes
of individual members. It is also a time to conduct necessary district
business, of which all members are a part.



We endeavor to do so at a venue that is inviting, relaxing, and fun, while
providing entertainment that is informational, engaging and enjoyable.



The funding for these conferences, outside of the meal and lodging costs,
comes from a modest assessment in your district dues of $10 annually. Over
the last several years, with rising venue and entertainment costs, it has
been an increasing challenge for that assessment to fully fund an engaging
and rewarding conference.



To that end, we’ve begun to seek out sponsors for specific conference
components. Last year, clubs were invited to sponsor program enhancements.
This year, I’d like to reach out to Rotarians and their businesses and
invite your respective companies to sponsor conference components. I have
listed the opportunities below.



Not only does this opportunity allow for an enriched conference experience,
it also allows you to promote your business to fellow Rotarians throughout
the district.



For example, Stearns Lending LLC, Perry Law, McDonald Levitt Insurance and
Century 21 Classic Properties are sponsoring metal water bottles for each
of the registrants. Their business contacts will be printed on the bottle,
along with the Rotary conference logo.



Here are the opportunities:



Tote Bags for all Registrants

   -

   Seeking a $2000 sponsorship (can be four $500 sponsors).
   -

   Business logo and contact information will be printed on the bags, in
   the conference program, and on acknowledgement displays throughout the
   venue.



Saturday afternoon reception

   -

   Seeking a $1500 sponsorship (can be three $500 sponsors).
   -

   Business logo and contact information will be printed in the conference
   program and on acknowledgement displays throughout the venue.



Saturday evening entertainment – Country Western singer Lacy J. Dalton

   -

   Seeking a $3000 sponsorship (can be three $1000 sponsors).
   -

   Business logo will appear on the stage. Business logo and contact
   information will be printed in the conference program and on
   acknowledgement displays throughout the venue.
