Hi Jody,

I have the following items for the golf tournament:
(1) $25.00 gift certificate for Durillio’s Restaurant- I will email information to Jimmy
(2) Rick and I will Sponsor a hole (McDonalds Vacation Rentals) for $50.00 - (I will mail check and information)
(3) 6 Bottles of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay - Took to Gary Hopper
(4) 4 Night stay in a two bedroom, 2 bath Condo in South Lake Tahoe - (I will email info to Kira to make the flyer)

Please note that I would prefer that the trip be an auction item. I have to pay maintenance fees for the donated trips and when it is given as a Raffle prize I do not believe it is as beneficial to the club as if it were auctioned. ( Example the trip to Kona a couple of years ago was not used but I still had to pay $1,000 for fees. The raffle prize winner at Casino night was not able to use the trip to Sedona and gave it away to her Pastor who may or may not use it. I have forwarded information to him but I have not heard back). I am looking for the best bang for the buck for the club.

I have sent requests to the attached businesses requesting sponsorship of the Mendocino Rotary Golf Tournament pursuant to our solicitation letter that was emailed to each member previously.  Although I have sent each of the attached a request, if you know them personally it would be beneficial for members to follow up with people on the list that they know, but also to send their own solicitation to people not on my list.  I’ll talk about the tournament more on Thursday.
