Hi Rotarians,
I am in the final stages of compiling guest names to invite to our *50th
Anniversary Charter Night, to be held on Friday January 27th at the Hill
House*! For those of you at the meeting this past Thursday, thank you for
the names you provided.

I need your help to finish this task.

We have a few methods to invite and hopefully get a head count and RSVP by
January 21st.

One is by an Evite, which I have created (It is an electronic and
attractive email invite). I have 92 contacts emails in the Evite. If you
can help me by adding emails addresses and/or phone numbers for the names
listed on the attached spreadsheet, or want to add names, please do. I will
add to the Evite list, and send out by Sunday morning.

The others means to invite are by our Mendocino Rotary Facebook page; I
have created an event listing there, and invited.

We can list it on our Mendocino Rotary webpage. Then, of course there is a
good old in-person invite, or a phone call. It's up to you, but please let
me know who and how many!
