Hey All, 

After yesterday's meeting I had some thoughts regarding the prizes. This year, we are very fortunate to have two fantastic vacations donated. In my opinion,  it would be more suitable to raffle off one of them. I completely understand why we would want to auction off both trips( generate more cash), however, I feel we are de-valuing our event by not giving away something BIG.  We are asking community members to spend a lot of money at this event. Doing this raffle it gives us more of an opportunity to generate a larger attendance, not only for this event,  but also build a reputation for our future events. 

If we want this event to be successful this year and years to come, we need to get people excited about it!
