Dear Rotarians,
Tomorrow we have the Chamber Carolers- and you might be surprised at who is
one of the singers 😁  Also I'll be giving the coveted award to Rotarian of
the Month!! With me being away for ten days, a few emails flew back and
forth about programs, and we did have some changes--so to be clear-- no
Clown program tomorrow as Gary had planned earlier (maybe a raincheck?) We
will also Have Mei Lin Jackson as our guest. We had planned a club
assembly, but then why not have Carolers, as is our club tradition?

This is a short meeting month. We are DARK on 12/21. My family will have a
winter solstice party beginning at 4:00 pm on 12/21. You are invited! If
you want to join us, RSVP yes, and I will give you directions and details.
If you will or will not be attending tomorrow, I'd appreciate an RSVP,
either to the earlier Calendar Invite I sent, or to this one. Thanks in
advance!
And finally, please read the email below from DG Bob Rogers and feel good
about how much we have raised for ending Polio now! If anyone can print the
poster and bring to the meeting tomorrow- great. I presently am out of ink.

Dear Donna,

Thank you for your support in eliminating polio from the world and for our
Pedal 4 Polio ride this year.

We so much appreciate you and your club members' contributions to the ride,
 hosting us over night, feeding us dinner and breakfast, placing road
arrows to guide us along the way, setting up rest stops, planning special
media events for your towns and pledging BIG $$$'s to the riders.  You all
went above and beyond to support this fun, 6 day adventure, and for that I
THANK YOU!!!

Collectively you and your fellow Rotarians blew by our goal of $84,000 and
collected more than $139,000 for PolioPlus, giving our campaign a HUGE
boost towards our goal of $203,000 for this Rotary year...We couldn’t have
done it without you.
