Dear Donna,

A number of you have been asking how to best help the victims of Hurricane
Harvey, and the West Coast Rotary Zones 25/26, of which we are part of,
have just come out with an announcement on how to best support our brothers
and sisters in Texas and Louisiana.  Four Rotary Districts whose areas are
being affected have set up relief funds to get the money to where it's
needed the most, and in the most expeditious manner, and are recommended by
our Zone Leader, RI Director John Matthews.
