[Rotary] Highway Cleanup

A bit of rain, a chill breeze, and too few hands on deck resulted in
postponing today's cleanup.   Hot cocoa anyone?  I have a quart of it on
the stove!

Please sound off if you can be there next Saturday at 9 AM.  Many hands
make lighter work!
