[Rotary] President Elect reminder for response to email

Dear Rotarians,
I sent an email ten days ago and need to hear from you, especially if your
name was not listed as a committee chair.  Youth Services, PR and Club
Service are at the top of my NEED list. I appreciate the responses from the
8 or ten of you who did respond.

Besides wanting to have a talented board in place so we don't miss out on
grants money and district deadlines :)   I need to know who is serving on
our Board and as Committee chairs so that I can plan to include you for our
Board retreat, which will not be in July this year. I have a family wedding
in Geneva NY on July 8th, and will not be back until July 15th. The retreat
will happen late May or early June.
