Dear Gary,

Your members contribute to our Rotary Foundation.  So let's spend the money
with Global Grants where our funds are leveraged. Our District has a lot of
DDF to spend, so please help.

You and your members are invited to our Grants Management Seminars ( please
see attached flyer for details).

Specifically your Foundation and International Service chairs should
attend.  This is a seminar to help you find the projects and partners you
want to work with. Any one in your club can attend, great for newer members
who are looking for projects.

Are you working on the qualifications to receive the RI Presidential
Citation?  If yes, and you should be answering yes, at least one person
from your club must attend one of the seminars.
