Our meetings are designed to keep Rotarians up-to-date on  a variety of
subjects.  Thirty minutes for their presentation and a  Q&A is an adequate
time frame.  However, the speaker must be  informed of their time limits
when contacted so they can put their  presentation together to meet our
criteria, not when they get to the  meeting.
