Hello Gary,



Last spring at the District Conference your club was selected as an
alternate to have a member at large for the District Nominating Committee;
this committee will make the selection for the District Governor serving
for Rotary year 2019-2020.  I have attached the District by-law that
describes the process for selection by the club for the Nominating Member
at Large.  The District Governor selection will be made on Saturday January
7th but I need the name as soon as possible.  If your club is not
interested in selecting someone for the committee please let me know as
soon as possible.



Please send your questions to me and I will be happy to assist you with the
process.  Please let me hear that you have received this email.
