[Rotary] Golf Tournament August 20th

Hi Everyone!  Attached is the the sign up sheet for the golf tournament.  If your name is not on it please be sure to sign up for a job or two.  If you will not be here then please get some raffle prizes for the raffle and hole sponsors.  We now have 12 teams, only 4 spots left so if you know of someone who says they are playing please confirm they have submitted their paperwork.

All we need now is help from you!  I can not do this without your help!  

This is what I really need help with:

I NEED at least 2 people do help set up the food the stations and take out supplies to them as well as set up the wine and cheese table.  This is a must that I need sign ups for.  Maybe Jody, Sean and or Eric can do this?????  PLEASE!!!!!!  

I need at least 2 more folks for check-in, 3 would be great.  2 is a MUST!

I need at least 1-2 more folks for the drink cart durning the tournament.  This is a MUST!

We have 4 people to help with the food durning the tournament, this is the minimum.  If we can get 2 more we can give folks a break during the day.  I would like at least 2 at each of the two station all day.

If you can bake a dessert for the dessert bar it would be appreciated, I will purchase what we need to fill in.  

I need more raffle prizes, if I have to I will purchase them I will but of course what ever we buy will come out of what we make for the club.

Please let me know what you can do asap, if I do not have more help by Monday I WILL call the tournament off!!
