Good morning everyone,
In addition to this correspondence being the "This Week in Rotary" message - The menu for our first meeting in the Hill House is shown below. For now, I do not have a formal way to track who wants what food so please email me (not the whole club) with your RSVP and food choice for our next meeting. Moving forward we will develop a better way to RSVP. Lunches are $20.
More good news! - Marie has been hired by the Hill House to continue assisting our club with lunches!
There will not be a Rotary Meeting this week - the next scheduled Rotary meeting will be November 12th. You may begin sending me your lunch requests and I will keep track of them.
Important: If you RSVP for lunch and cannot make the meeting, you will still be responsible to pay for the lunch. If you do not RSVP for lunch there is a good chance there will be nothing available for you to eat. As the Hill House continues to get its restaurant up and running, they will eventually be able to serve lunches without the need for a list of attendance but for now they do need a list of attendance.

(This dish is vegetarian, Gluten Free, Egg Free and can be ordered sans cheese if preferred.)
Please have the final count and choices to the chef by Monday November 9th @ 3:00 pm
