Hello Club Members,

Attached are the current club bylaws and the proposed bylaw changes that
were discussed at the last meeting. Jody will be conducting a vote on these
proposals at Thursday's meeting. Please review the proposed changes and come
to the meeting prepared to vote Eye or Nye for each of the proposals.
