We meet this Thursday at St Anthony's for final planning of our Casino
Night.  All hands on deck for this all-important final fundraiser of this
fiscal year.  Pirates and Pirettes are needed to bring booty for the Club
treasure chest, which is low indeed.

Our greatest need now is ticket sales.  Last year's event was well
organized, but not so well attended by gamblers.  Thanks to the tireless
efforts of Pete and many others there are a host of fine raffle
prizes.  *Please
sell more tickets!*

Your board passed a motion to renew the *$5 fine for each missed meeting*.
The idea is first to boost attendance, and if not to boost fines to meet
our basic financial needs.  All moneys raised in fundraisers is eventually
given away.  We must pay for our own needs of food and rent from meal
charges and fines.  Happy dollars rock, but recently have not kept up with
our needs.

This does not obviate the need for an accurate head count.  If you cannot
attend or will bring a guest, we still ask that you *RSVP* to

I will bring remaining pirate costume items to the meeting Thursday, or you
can call Betty for a private showing.  See you Thursday, mates!  Casino, Ho!
