[Rotary] Golf donation/hole sponsor letter

Dear Kira and Ray,

I will donate the following:

One Original Oil Painting by Erin Dertner. 16"x19" (Sleepy Meadow Lane) Retail value was $925.00. I paid $475.00 at the Art Auction in 2013. It has been stored since. 
One 3 Night stay in a two bedroom, 2 bath Condominium at Lake Tahoe Value $750.00. (You will need to make the certificate for me as I am still computer challenged)
We will also sponsor a hole (Aloha from Rick and LaDonna McDonald)

Where are you storing the goods? Who should I ship this stuff to?
