[Rotary] Highway Cleanup

At this point, I could make it either date. John P. let us know that our "zone" is bigger than we originally thought, so having more people would be better! I can say from experience that it is a fun activity.

Subject: [Rotary] Highway Cleanup









Dear Fellow Rotarians,

It is time again for an Adopt A Hwy cleanup.
I would like to propose doing it on either Aug 1st or Aug 8th @ 10am.
Last time we had about 8 members show up and we had it done in less than 2 hrs.

It would be even better if we had 10-12 help out.
Cal-Trans has supplied the pickup tools, safety vests and garbage bags, just bring work gloves and comfortable walking shoes.

 
Please reply to which date you can make it, if you can make it to either please indicate.
I will choose the date based on the number of those available.

We will probably be doing this 3-4 times annually and hope that every member (that is physically able) can help at least twice.

Please let me know ASAP so we can all get this on our calendar.
