[Rotary] Final ... a version of our 2014-15 Membership Directory --- Caveats: Read the Fine Print Below

Dear Members,

A few notes about this 1st version of our new membership guide

1. The Board voted to save money and send our membership guide as a PDF (portable document file), which everyone with any kind of computer or other device can open.

2. This version is missing some member profiles (1 or 2 are outstanding).

3. The profile information was provided by you all -- our members -- so it should be accurate unless something was dropped in the layout process. I did edit some profiles  to fit on pages.

4. When the next version is completed, we will get a cost for producing hard copies. Members can request them and pay for the printed versions. (If you all have a problem with this, contact President John and he will work with you on it).

Finally:

Think of this as a "living" document that can be easily changed and updated as needed.

The next version will have photos, updated profiles and corrected information all around. 

Because of the size of the file (nearly 50 Megabytes with photos) it would have been too big to email. I will reduce all the photos (there are about 60) so the next version is small, but colorful and brings our club and members to life. I hated to strip them out because it was really beautiful with the photos and great portraits by Guenter of our members.
