[Rotary] Request to Club Members to Help Coordinate Casino Night Food

Hi Rotarians,

Tom Honer and Jennifer Bosma (thanks again for all you do) will arrange to have food for our Casino Night Fundraiser, including a generous donation from one of Harvest Market's vendors.

Tom and Jen will be out of town at a food show when our event takes place. So, we need a couple of Rotarians to coordinate with Tom and Jen ahead of time, then pick up the food and deliver it to Crown Hall late afternoon (4 pm) for our event. This is one of the most critical parts of Casino Night (next to selling tickets and getting people to the event).

It would also be helpful for these Rotarians to work in the kitchen Crown Hall to keep hors d’ouvres coming out. As I understand it, we will be asking Interact members at the high school to help.
