[Rotary] Golf Tournament

Good Day Rotarians,

Our golf tournament is only 2 weeks away.  We have a minimum of 12 teams with 4 spots open, if you have anyone who has expressed interest in playing please let them know to get their sign up sheet in before we fill up!

Attached is our sign up sheet with duties and approximate times for the event.  As you will see we have spots that needs a body to help!  Please, please, please sign up for a job if you have not already.  I would rather have to much help instead of not enough.  Keep in mind this is our last fund raiser for the year! 

Please bring your raffle prizes and hole sponsors to the next meeting on August 13.  Don’t forget each member (if possible) is responsible for one hole sponsor and one raffle prize.  If you will not be at the next meeting please drop off at my office, 45010 Ukiah Street, Mendocino 

If you or someone you know is sponsoring a hole(s) please send me an email so I can add them to our list. (if you have not done so already) 

Do you have some ok wine around the house?  We need about 9 bottle of red and 9 of white (not white zinfandel as we have plenty of that).  This is for the players to drink at the lunch and at the wine & cheese table.  Any donations will help reduce our cost to purchase.  Please bring these to the August 13 meeting as well but let me know ahead of time if you can donate, I need to purchase on Wednesday the 12.  

Let’s all come together and make this the best tournament yet!!!
