[Rotary] This week in Rotary

This week our speaker has a topic of interest all of us.  Bill Rohr MD is
of course a Ft Bragg orthopedic surgeon, and now is a hospital board member
as well.  He will inform us on the long awaited end of the hospital's
bankruptcy, and possible future scenarios for Mendocino Coast District
Hospital.

As always, please RSVP to mendocinorotary at gmail.com if you can't make the
meeting this week, or if you will bring guests.  This is necessary for food
ordering.

I am still hoping for volunteers to house Rotary visitors from India May
26-27.  Five couples are coming as a Friendship Exchange.  Please consider
sharing that empty bedroom or guest room of yours.  The only transportation
they will need is local, they arrive and leave our community by bus.  They
will attend Ft Bragg Rotary's regular Wednesday meeting May 27, and our
club on Thursday May 28.  Ft Bragg has two or possibly three host families,
I hope we can at least match that and show our Rotary brothers and sisters
the warm hospitality for which we are known.
