How utterly ridiculous...let's not be too successful at raising money to 
fund our higher education!!!! I am aghast at the education system and 
their short-sidedness in these situations.  I am sure they are trying to 
"spread the wealth" as it were, however these young students have worked 
hard to earn their scholarships.  We aren't going to change the system 
but I agree we can certainly try to circumvent it.
