Hi All,

The club is howling for a new membership guide, yet only a little more than half the club has filled out the questionnaire I distributed. Dean and I are ready to start putting the  book together, but we need information on everyone to complete the directory.  I am including the questionnaire below. For those who have NOT completed, please "hit return" on this email, fill in the information requested and then hit the "send" button. 10 minutes maybe. Think 4-way test: Is is Fair to All Concerned ... Is it Beneficial to All Concerned .... Answer: YES. You'll agree when you see the new directory.
