LaDonna and friends,
I fumbled my way through another one. We had guests totaling 25
diners. The good news is that Casino tables and bronze eagle tickets
are selling. The better news is that Pamela's guest (name?) has been
to three meetings, and my guest Dr. Brown missed today but spoke to
Susan Keller earlier about coming on board. The great news is that I
have well over $700 in a cigar box along with half a deck of cards, so
you get another shot at it!
Ten hands went up for Sunday's observance, Rotary will be well
represented as Bill Masterson deserves. If you have nice folding
chairs bring a few, we may or may not need them but that will save the
trouble and expense of rental.
IF YOU ARE COMING SUNDAY and weren't counted at today's meeting, email
or call me please. Julie would appreciate an approximate head count.
Photos from Guenter will follow. This may be all you get. Please
volunteer to be editor of The View to be posted on our club website
weekly. It takes less than an hour and really is fun. Donna did a
terrific job, but is now more than busy enough with Interact. Bruce
will help you get started, he will continue as our PR chair next year.
See you soon. Go do something good, including you it will make at
least two people feel better!
Dr John
