[Rotary] golf tournament

It's that time of year again!  I am attaching the donation request 
letter I wrote for this year's golf tournament.  I need  everyone to try 
and get me 2 hole sponsor and 1 raffle prize or 1 auction item. Please 
email the list on where you are requesting a donation from so we do not 
duplicate the effort.  I already have 10 teams on board that I know of, 
most of the food donated and am working on the wine and beer now.  Also 
if anyone has any leads on great auction items please email me 
directly.  Thank you!!!!
