I am resending this because a number of you were experiencing “bounce” problems and your email had been shut off. I have reinstituted everyone on the list and all should be getting emails.

I submitted the changes just a few minutes ago. I think the changes are automatic, but it may turn out that someone at MCN has to review and approve in the morning. We shall see.
