[Rotary] Saturday Xmas Tree Proceedings

Since tomorrow's meeting is cancelled, I am emailing everybody with the
schedule for Saturday.

Tree was placed in ground on Tues. @ 3:00pm by Travis, Sean, and Jody. Stop
by and see.

 

1:00pm                Jody or whoever he has given the responsibility too
arrives with the extension cords. String cords from Mendo Bistro to tree,

1:30pm                Start to place lights on tree.  We need a TALL ladder
to reach top of tree. John Innes has lights.

3:00pm                Start decoration of tree. Everybody is supposed to
bring decorations which can stand outside.

 

5:00pm                Santa Clause and Mrs. Clause arrive at tree.  Santa
LIGHTS TREE

 

 

Please respond if you will be there. I am not physically able to put the
lights and decorations on the tree.
