[Rotary] Join the "Adopt a Highway" group

Tomorrow we shall all view the CAL TRANS video which is  a training video 
for all those who might join this community service  project.
 
Even if you don't think you will join the clean-up, come  and see how your 
brothers and sisters will be working for this  community.   John
