[Rotary] This week in Rotary

We are rolling into the exciting holiday season, when smiles are ever more
contagious.   Join your Rotary friends this week, Thursday at noon for
education on proper care of our Adopted Highway on the edge to town.  John
Porter is rightly proud of this addition to Community Service, and it makes
me ever more proud to be a Mendocino Rotarian.

This Saturday I hope you will come to Rotary Park for tree decorating at 3
PM, and stay for the lighting at 5:00.   It's Second Saturday so there will
be extra folks in town.  Let's make a big showing, to let the town know we
care.  Invite and bring your family and friends!

I have a nice bagful of tree decorations, but am still hoping for some more
donated items.  Nothing glass, remember we do get wind!  More festive
ribbon for bows would be nice.  If you can help let John Innes or me know
what you have, or just bring them to Thursday's meeting.
