Dear Mendocino Rotarians,

















Thank you for your participation yesterday in our inaugural
“collective wisdom” gathering experiment!  Kevin and I had fun facilitating the meeting, and my suspicions were confirmed – you are fascinating
people! :-)

 

For those of you who were there, if you’d like to, please
drop me a quick note to let me know what worked well yesterday, and what could
be done differently/ better.  If we do
repeat this kind of thing in the future, I definitely want to refine it to make
the most of everyone’s time.

 

If you weren’t there, please feel free to drop me a note
with the following information, and I’ll compile it (anonymously) with the
whole group’s input from the meeting:

What key take-away lesson(s) did you learn from
your career transition(s)?

2.    
What advice would you offer to someone
considering a career change?3.   List the major jobs/careers you’ve had in your lifetime (this one may go into our membership directory, so this last item is not anonymous).

This collective wisdom will be compiled into a document that
will be given to all of you, to share with family or friends (or high school
students, etc.) as you see fit.  The hope is that our collective wisdom will be of true benefit to others!
