Dear Mendocino Rotarians:

Two important items for you consideration:

1. The Board, at our annual retreat, approved Clayton Brennan, Superior Court Judge at Ten Mile Court, for membership in the Mendocino Rotary Club. He was a Ukiah Rotarian for one year and is currently commuting from Ukiah while looking for a home on the Coast.

Clay is interested in International service and spent time in Haiti with his son rebuilding beds at an orphanage a couple of years ago. He will be inducted this Thursday, unless there are is an overwhelming objection from club members. Please send your objections or reservaations to President John ONLY. Otherwise, please show up to celebrate the continued growth and vitality of our club.

2. Kevin Williams and Heather Paulsen have put together a great program on career changes and choices (my description, not theirs). But this should be a really good meeting. How many of us, like Heather, have changed careers or jobs during our lifetime? I would guess that most of us have. And, no doubt we have "advice" or stories to share about the experience.
