[Rotary] Rotary Easter Egg Hunt Update

Hi all,

The Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Sunday April 20th to start at 1 PM
and last till 2 PM for kids ages 2-6.  I have notified by separate emails
those of you who volunteer to provide colored eggs and help get the park
ready.  If you have not volunteered yet below are some of the assignments
that need to be filled.

     Sunday 4/20 10 AM - 11 AM Hide the eggs

     Thursday April 17th - Provide Gift certificates for the plastic eggs

     Thursday April 17th - Provide prizes for the kids that collect the most
                           eggs

     Sunday 4/20 11 AM set up table at the park to register the kids and be
                 be there, if possible, to help with registration which
                 starts at noon.  At this table we will also be taking
                 donations for the purchase of the park from parents
                 members of the public.

     Sunday 4/20 About 3 PM Help clean up the park.  Should take less than
                 1 hour.

The following have already volunteered to be available on  April 20th,
in case you forgot:

        Wilma Tucker

We could use more help and you will enjoy watching the kids find the eggs
and give you all a big smile.  Please let me know if you will be able to
there on the 20th or any other help you are willing to provide.
