Are you saying that if we do not sell 200 raffle tickets by this Saturday we will not have the raffle for the eagle?  I do not believe we can do this.  Tickets were sold and I do not think any information indicated that if we did not sell 200 tickets we would not raffle off the eagle.  Are you suggesting that we return the money, $7350 already collected, to those who bought tickets?  I certainly would not agree to this.

[Rotary] Important news re meeting


Fellow Rotarians,

Thursday is our last meeting before Casino Night on Saturday. It is really important to turn in your checks and tickets at this meeting for both the entrance tickets as well as the tickets for the Wheatly Allen Eagle. We are hoping to draw the winner of the Eagle on Saturday but we must have all 200 tickets sold to do so. 

As of right now we have aproximately 85 tickets sold for Casino night - (We need 150) and 147 Eagle Raffle tickets (We need 200). We know that many of you have sold tickets that you have not turned in so let's hope we get a surge this Thursday.

I have not been able to confirm David Little as our speaker. If Mr. Little does not show up, we will devote the meeting to last minute preparations for Casino night. This is not a meeting you want to miss as our Card game pot is over $750.00. Our menu is a mexican theme with Chili Verde, Spanish Rice, and the usual yummy sides.
